Dolbeare Students, Staff and Volunteers Honored at WEF’s Celebration of Learning
Wakefield Educational Foundation’s recent Celebration of Learning honored Dolbeare School students, staff, and volunteers who exemplify the core values of their school and go above and beyond in their efforts and contributions to the Wakefield Public Schools. Fourth graders Clara Bopf, Katelynn Chau, Matthew Evans Lopez, Vivienne Noe, John Piskadlo, Julia K. Scaffidi, Will Schlehuber, and Leon Tran were recognized by their peers for being “hard-working, supportive, kind, and respectful,” all of which closely align with Dolbeare's core values. Principal T.J. Liberti introduced his staff honorees for the evening: Grade 1 teacher Joanna Pino and Special Education teacher Jennifer Snipe. Pino and Snipe were both described as “student-centered educators”, skilled at fostering “safe, supportive” classrooms and meeting the individual needs of their students. Dedicated PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) members, Chris Kenrick and Ike Adams were warmly praised for their many contributions to Dolbeare school and for being “exemplary advocates for both our educators and students”. WEF congratulates all of Dolbeare’s honorees for their positive impact within the Wakefield Public Schools.
